OUR HISTORY

Over 50 years ago an entrepreneurial, ambitious young man, Barry Jennings, started his own print shop with youthful exuberance and a bucket load of determination to service small businesses in the Maitland district.

From these humble origins has grown the Jennings Print Group of today, after Barry Jennings retired, it’s now entrusted to the next generation of Jennings printers. A strong team of dedicated professionals located in a brand new, 2200sqm, purpose-built print facility based at Beresfield at the Newcastle end of the M1 Sydney motorway.

The team at Jennings brings together the finest craftsman equipped with the latest technology, a professional and experienced customer service team, a talented and skilled swatch of designers and a meticulous, hardworking support team ably led by Mark Jennings.

From a small print shop front to a large purpose-built premises, the Jennings Print team have stayed consistent in the attention to detail, and wanting to exceed customer’s expectations. While the client portfolio has grown, Jennings Print continue to service and care about small businesses.

We take great pride in every aspect of the business. From your first introduction to final print delivery you’ll notice there’s a certain standard upheld, a benchmark set over 50 years ago by a young printer with a big vision. Barry Jennings.

It’s a genuine smile, a little extra care, a thoughtful design solution, a double check, a touch more cyan, a better paper stock, a more cost efficient batch run, a faster turnaround, a more sustainable approach, a “can do” attitude.

At Jennings we believe in supporting the community that supports us, so our printing company is honoured to help charitable & non-profit organisations such as Carrie’s Place for domestic violence & homelessness services, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Mark Hughes Foundation, Rotary, local schools, sporting teams and many, many others.

Our print shop recognises the sustained positive effects our charities, non-profit organisations and volunteers have on our community.

By providing printed material and helping to raise much needed funds our print shop is, in our own small way, contributing to the greater good for the people of our region.

To all the charities, their staff and volunteers, we find you “Printspirational”!

When it comes to a ‘Printspirational’ good cause, Jennings Print does more than just hand over cheques and print flyers… Our print house walks the walk. Our strong belief in the prevention of men’s violence against women has led us to engage with the White Ribbon Workplace Accreditation Program – Australia’s only national, male-led violence prevention organisation working to prevent violence against women.

This considerable commitment of the Jennings team’s time and money will include staff training over an 18 month period. The program aims to raise awareness, educate, challenge behaviours and create a cultural shift whilst highlighting the positive role men play in preventing men’s violence against women and inspiring them to be part of social change. At Jennings Print we believe in supporting the community that supports us, so print house is happy to help a number of charitable and non-profit organisations such as Carrie’s Place for domestic violence and homelessness services, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Mark Hughes Foundation, Rotary, local schools, sporting teams and many others.

Our printing company recognises that through the efforts of our charities, volunteers and not-for-profit organisations, we can have a positive impact on our communities and therefore contribute to the greater cause of a humanity that is bettered through love and care.

We can make a contribution to this cause by providing print material and services to those charities and organisations with whom we have the immense pleasure to be involved with.

To all the charities, their staff and volunteers, we thank you!

Our print house believes in supporting a good cause when we can, and believe in doing more than just handing over cheques and print flyers.
